To make your newsletters harmonious and coherent, we have integrated two features that will save you a lot of time in the creation of your templates.

From now on, you have two solutions for your colors without having to copy-paste the hexadecimal code on each element to be modified :

  • Up to 8 colors registered at the account level (so available in all your templates).

  • Up to 5 colors saved at the level of a template (thus available on a single template).

To save up to 8 colors at the account level (available in all your templates) :

  1. Unfold the navigation menu and click on "Configuration".

  2. Select "Newsletter"

  3. In the example below, you can see in the orange box that you have access to 8 global colors.

You will find the colors saved in all your templates since they are linked to your account.
To access these colors, you will need to use the text editor.

To save a custom palette linked to a template :

After saving a color palette, it can be reused to change the color:

  • of the text

  • of the background

  • etc.

In order to do this:

  1. Select the item to be modified

  2. Click on the color module (in the example below, it appears in the text editor since it is text that we want to modify)

3. Select the replacement color and you're done ✅

Example in video :

To change the back color of a line in the newsletter, the principle is the same.
